  26. One point of confusion that someone related to me about this document
  27. was the fact that it refers to RFCs and FYIs, etc, but not I-D's.
  28.  
  29. It would perhaps be worth adding a paragraph, as an overview, indicating
  30. that because URNs are meant to be persistent identifiers, to persistent
  31. resources, I-D's are not included because they expire after 6 months...
